Do I need to submit the integration on Canva Developers Portal?

Hi,
I am quite confused. Do I need to submit my integration both on the hackathon website and the Canva Developers Portal for review?
Because my integration uses some Canva Connect API features that are in preview.
And on the API website, it says the public integration use API in preview will not pass the review process.

    Hi there,

    In order to be eligible for prizes, you must submit your project to the Canva Developers Portal and provide your integration ID. It doesn't have to be approved necessarily, but must be submitted.
